Set an alarm to wake up an hour before you actually have to be up, chug 2 bottles of water (or the equivalent) and go back to sleep. Wake up, eat a banana.. good to go! This shit works.
You know those anti hangover pills? All they really have in them are vitamins that you get in most every day foods (vitamin C mainly). The main reason they work is that you have to drink a glass of water with each pill you take. Drinking multiple glasses of water before, during and after drinking is the main reason they work so well.
Hangover prevention? Water and Sleep.
