I never drink, the protein bars have no High Fructose Corn Syrup. I don't drink soda (stopped after kidney stone). I was taking 3 a day because I was too lazy to make the normal breakfast. Get hungry between 7 and 12 so there is bar # 2. The afternoon bar I don't always have. It's just there if I need it. If I get busy enough then it gets skipped a lot.
Had a normal breakfast today. Going to lay off the bars and the ones I do will be different.
This was only in the past 2-3 days it's not like its been going on for months. After day 2 of the shits one tends to get bitchy. Periods ain't got shit on the shits. :P
