Let the zones like Fear, Perma and Solb be train legal. Seriously bro's this is a fucking red server - I don't want any of that rules lawyering shit or having to /petition every time we think someone trained us or vice versa... its gunna be a god damn shit fest when we could just be solving our own problems.
