I was lvling in Uguk with my group i had a bladed thulian claw equipped

Switched between weapon and lute then all of a sudden i got a message reading
SERVER ERROR:no item in slot 18( or something like that) deleting item

Then when i re-equipped my weapon (I got the same message every time i moved the item to a different slot in inventory/equip slot) everyone in my group could see it equipped including myself.. I was attacking with it on my screen just like normal but was getting the you punch message as well as skill ups in hand to hand

When i zoned into lguk the claw was completely gone from my inventory

I posted this in Petitions too, not sure where it should go so just putting it in both spots.
