I homebrew as well, bro. Are you doing any lagers or just ales, etc? I need a decent sized fridge to fit the carboys in.
Ive taken a break since we moved into Los Angeles, but im working on starting up again into brewing. Im mostly an ale guy. Now that I have more room however im looking into a fridge also and, maybe, if i can manage it a full sized brew sculpture [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

In the pic, left to right:

2.5g Mead, traditional 16th century recipe and style.
5g Chocolate Porter
5g Hefeweizen (Im a German beer nut at heart, I cant get enough wheat)
5g Irish Red
5g Ed Worts Apfelwein (http://www.homebrewtalk.com/f81/edwo...felwein-33986/) Holy shit you can do sooo much bit this, its alot fun. Blueberry, pear, anything...and in any ratio. Simple brewing at its best!
2.5g Wild Honey base mead, cut with cinnamon and other herbs at the time. This took over a year to fully ferment out.
