I think the staff are more likely to compromise between the two most popular options. The mean of 100 and 0 is 50. While I think 50% is a bit excessive, when we did have a (temporary) 50% bonus it really wasn't that fast and I don't think it would kill the legitimacy of the server. However, for me to agree with any of this (and my support is crucial, after all I'm a very powerful and important person), the red community MUST sign an agreement saying they were not hardcore enough for classic exp, and that bluebies are superior.
