20% Bonus at level 40, Degrades 2% each level would be ideal. 40-50 is quite a shitfest.

40 - 20%
41 - 18%
42 - 16%
43 - 14%
44 - 12%
45 - 10%
46 - 8%
47 - 6%
48 - 4%
49 - 2%
50 - 0%
