I would go with shaman/necro. Necro already has a huge toolbox at their disposal but you toss in the buffs, debuffs, and dots of the shaman on top of what the necro already has and you have pretty stupid damage potential.
Not to mention who wouldn't get wet over lich+canni+lifetap?
