so what is the current status of getting ice comet? no1 seems to know what the deal is.

is ice comet no drop? or is that only the quest one from the nodrop runes?


can u get the regular 2 runes and make it and be able to sell it?


i Thought you could simply buy it or give the runes to a high lvl researcher and have them make it. I hit 49 and now no1 seems to kno lol.

can any1 shed some light on this? w.o guessing or assuming ><
