Its mistakenly DE SK/necro atm, should be usable from inventory by all/all. Hopefully it gets fixed sometimes soon.

This is incorrect. It is no mistake and it will never be useable by anyone here except a DE SK/Necro. The server is allready past the point in the timeline where this was the case (it was nerfed from all/all to DE SK/Necro only the same time it was made No Drop).
