Check out the downloads section of
EQInterface.com and sort them by Date to look for some UI mods you might like that will be compatible with your Titanium client.
But for the timers you are asking about, it's much easier to use
GamTextTriggers. It monitors your log file and executes audio triggers and text overlays, and can also do visual timers.
It's more efficient than using in-game audio triggers and many people report having better in-game performance after setting it up (read the instructions on the GTT page).
