I have no idea what this is even saying. If you didn't abuse the bug then I imagine they won't punish you? What exactly are you concerned about here?
Also, let the record show that there is no evidence that Nihilum reported any exploits with the encounter (there is, however, evidence that they tried to make the encounter easier, while being extremely evasive about whether an exploit existed; see here:
