Going back to pre-kunark we were told not to pull vox from the lair by either rogean or uthgaard (or both?).
Even with the AE working it's a far easier fight at zone in. We didn't stop fighting her there for the added challenge. The rule has been fight vox in her lair for over a year. Again, ignorance does not absolve wrongdoing.
