thats not quite how it happened if you were there. A pet clearly dies and then Chowda eats a DT a couple seconds later. Before Chowda eats the DT there is a IB/VD(cant recall which, think it was a SK), who engaged a successful melee round before everyone.

I havent talked to Amelinda, but im assuming the Pennand FTE but not was because Pennand's pet drew aggro first, prior to the DT, but before any TMO lands a FTE. So the ruling made on the spot would go against the server rule that pets are not = to FTE. THings happen under pressure and a GM making a mistake and correcting the mistake should be something we applaud for the future integrity of decision-making
