You could stand in the middle of KoS and click all you wanted and not get agro on live, you could FD and stand-invs and not get invs barring they dont see invs/undead
This was discussed at the begining of kunark here- and with the "proper" cast time, it was not working as it did on live- so they took the cast time away so that it "would" work like it did on live.
