On FEBRUARY 17, 2000, roughly 1 month after Sky went live Dyn's Dizzying Draught was enhanced to include the following:
It now reduces AC, Agility, and drains mana as well as spinning the target.
Just want to make sure this isn't overlooked when the time comes.
