Frankly, it doesn't take much to thwart someone's attempt to "kill the dwagon" given the current tactic. Apparently even a kobold or two* can shake the mightiest PvE warriors this population has to offer.
The difference here is, who is able to get themselves in the best position aka rendering the other side gearless. Try fighting 30v30 with no gear on your side vs a team who is. Can you win the fight? Doubtful. Can you fuck up a dragon kill attempt? Very probably.
The "no binding in raid zones" and "no bind rushing" deal can work with or against you in many possible scenarios so on a given basis, be careful what you wish for.
Now, I'll post a friendly reminder that as hard core as your guild brass is, not everyone has the time, patience, fortitude or desire to get bind camped every Monday for 3-6 hours and then say "well we killed the dragon we still won". It's showing more and more. Mercy may be shown in non-terminal exploiter/RMT'er/retard offender cases but I doubt it.
Just my 2cp.
* - aside, I did some reviewing of screen shots and film myself. There are some atrocious pathing nodes near that lava waterfall at the 3 LDC spawn area. They need to be looked at and SOME unintentional training (other cases, very intentional involving an FD and instant /q...) appeared to occur on both sides.
