Yeah as an enchanter I'm also seeing this 3 fizzles in a row issue, I never saw it before the last patch. Seems to mostly happen on Alteration spells, but I cast those the most. Have noticed it the most on Clarity. Its strange because whenever it DOES fizzle 3 times in a row it always works on attempt # 4.
Also : I remember spells fizzling a lot more at lower skill levels than they do on P99.
Back in 99 I remember having to practice my spell skills so I would be able to cast them effectively. I didn't have to bother with that on P99.
