As a Shaman I prob Cast Cani a few houndred times ever night. This is an Alteration based skill with Alteration spec. (lvl 50 maxed out). I find it amazing the amount (high) number of times that I will fizzle these spells. I can't remmber it being near this bad on live. (but its also been 10 years..) Its not only Cani, its all of my alteration based skills Spells I would think would fizzle very randmoly fizzle enough that its noticable and quite a pain.
