if you're going to give your plat away, what you need to do is roll a newb toon, spend about 1k gearing it (like completely spreading the 1k out)

Then, roll around getting in groups and find some poor newb, who is really a newb, and make his day. This is probably the only way to do it fairly where it ends up on someone deserving.

Otherwise, you're going to give ur plat to some troll who had the best sap story he could conjure up and then probably RMT it or add it to his casino in EC.
