This server is not different.
In classic they were removed, and later nerfed. The nerfing will come. Zilo & Deano will not be uber forever!
Sorry to say, but you've missed the Mistwalker boat (along with many other people). Goods news is that there are still tons of awesome ranger weapons out there in classic!
