I think nilbog has the right idea on this one...
It's too much of a headache to track and enforce bans on forum idiots and not to mention the drama it would cause.
Besides.. it just makes people look dumb anyways... really is no way to make people play nice on the interwebs so just delete offensive stuff and keep banning dumb accounts.
Besides.. if somebody is such an asshat on the forums ... they probably are an asshat in game.. can just ban them for something they say in the game ;p
