Mem blur was a viable tactic on live when an encounter was going sour. Hide most of the raid force, have an enchanter mem flux the mob and you just saved yourself a good chunk of recovery time.

Then I suggest you be pro and don't let the encounter go sour. Blame the loss of mem blur on the douches using it to interfere on raids.
