Each of those encounters has different aspects to it that are governed by various different rules. Some of those are regular static camps whereas others are raid encounters or a series of triggered spawns.

From the wording of this statement you seek assurance that if multiple persons turn in the required item or use a phrase to trigger a mob, that the exp receiving group (KS) should get the loot and not the first person to turn in the item whether or not they were the first to trigger.
The rules outline that if a person is not entitled to loot the mob, then it is ninjalooting. A person is not entitled if they did not have FTE, did not trigger the spawn first, or received permission to loot the item from the party that is entitled to the item.
