I too do this. But It is usually a chunk of plat (200ish) and maybe a half decent weapon.
To give more, robs them of part of the experience IMO.

I couldn't agree more! I've turned down some very generous offers from veteran players because I want the experience to feel like it did in '99. I even turned down 10pp at the EC tunnel for running into FP, and picking up some Fuzzlecutter Formula 5000, for someone yesterday
