banded sells for 1pp per AC. and here are some cheap pieces that you can find in EC to augment:
straw spun belt ac10 50p
azure sleeves ac12 50-75pp

and def get a silver swiftbalde 14/24 2hs 300-450p. that weap should take you to the mid thirties.
if you need plat, go to qeynos hills and do the rabid wolf hide hand in. its boring but you can rack up 1kpp in a couple days at low level and earn solid exp while doing it.
i did it till about level 12 and bought all that junk plus a tree weave.

I've spent all my coins trying to get my fletching skill high enough to make the trueshot longbow. I was able to gather all the materials myself at level 6! I forgot that I needed to be a master fletcher as well though ugh
