Sol A was fun.. so is lower guk... dreadlands is nice when you get to the higher end of the 30's....
the yeti's or the northwall of karnor castle are both good spots.
or if you solo... can just kill stuff in FV near the town.. so if you get in trouble can have guards ready to save you.
I'm sure there are more spots out there.. but those the ones i been doing.
edit... forgot to mention sol B or nagafen's lair is also nice at the higher end of 30's.. decent loot drops there too from the royals camp.
