This past summer 2011. I'm nowhere near as fit as I used to be when I lifted weights and practiced BJJ, but I kept some of the size. That might not be a good thing.
I'm also losing my hair. That's what men do. Suck it. (it's been lost for years now, I'm no spring chicken)
