I have been in contact with Webroot support and submitting some logs to them. They are waiting for their devs to handle the bug.

We have identified the issue that is causing the keyboard problems in Everquest and have submitted this to our development team so it can be resolved. At the moment we do not have an ETA as to when you can expect to have this resolved, and unfortunately the only work around is to disable the program while you are playing Everquest.
