I absolutely respect your position and completely agree with your stance you are taking here. No one should be verbally abused.
I myself dont always agree with the staff but I respect their decision and try to stick within the rules of the server when it comes to reporting and escalating issues. That said, you got a tough damn job. Any abuse towards you because some dick doesnt like the position you take on an issue should be suspended.

I would love to see you show up in front of someone that did this to you and just have you Death Touch them and gate out. That would be the ultimate fraps video =-)
