Xp is fine. Player base is fine. Everything is fine. Make some pvp videos, post em on youtube get the word out, instead of thinking that changing xp will draw people who have no idea the server exists here.
Out of all the doom/gloom and people trying to be productive that I have read is actually worse. So if you guys want some population changes fresh blood. Find a way to help. Don't come and post the same trash we all have been reading for a month.
