I didn't notice this until I got an add... the "ow" sound I make when I get hit actually comes from the mob, not from me. I didn't notice it until I had one mob in front of me, and one to my left. The "ow" sound I was making from the mob I was tanking came through both speakers, but the "ow" sound from when the add hit me came only from the left speaker.
