The reason I asked is because you wanted a raid guild that accepted level 1 toons. It just seems to be that means the guild would have to have a substantial player base

Note that the first point I noted was that the guild I'm looking for should have a large player base.
It's possible to be a large guild and still have a good community (by mass inviting and kicking people who were jerks / disruptive, or by having an application process). Anyway, nothing against your guild, I just like helpin' out lowbies and also would like to be raiding.
