That song affects mobs around you, not you. There is no "icon" for that song that should be visible while your playing.

Errrr... as I said in the post you just replied to, I'm referring to an icon in the songs window. Perhaps it never had one in 1999, but it just seemed odd to me, given that every other song/effect for Bards displays either an icon in the effects window or the songs window when it's being used that this one should be different.
