I can see that the numbers are from the end of the 2010 cycle, so nothing contributed after November 2010 would be counted. Good point and you're probably right. The bill was introduced on 10/26/11, if nothing after November of 2010 is counted then the amounts listed on the site were donated well before the introduction of the H.R.3261.

The page is somewhat deceptive in that it makes it seem like the amounts are a total donated specifically for H.R.3261. They are not.
