L20 mana song is Velious. L20 and L32 mana songs ONLY provide mana on tic (instant), and will remain that way for the life of P99 (probably R99 too)(it is changed to a buff in 2003, well after PoP and other expansions). Bards get really super excited about L55, we finally get a half-decent mana song. |
This is why we were called Mana batteries. Literally, all you did was play mana song and swing your weapons.
