Corollary to B) Discs were handled by the spell system anyway, not that I'd expect you to know that
C) The resist check is documented and this thread has been done to death
D) HT is working as intended, and how you feel about it has no influence in the matter

I don't need to know how to program eq or be an internet archivist detective to know HT was rarely if ever resisted in pvp on my home server or zek later, or other emus for that matter. You're trying to come on the court and change the rules while everyone is telling you we already got rules, and they haven't changed in almost 12 years. Sit down son, you'll get your turn.
