P.S. new running shoes for Christmas make me happy, I go through at least two pairs a year. ( I use them past the recommended 500 miles per pair)

I'm not purest but I smoke cigarettes and I bike 12-30 miles a day without dying.
It's not the fact that you smoke that makes you unable to run/bike/exercise it's the fact that 50% of this country is overweight and the other 25% are usually just thin because of metabolism/bad diet.
Grow a pair and make choices for yourself.
