Plane of Fear mobs
They have a tendency to run almost as fast as selos. I can't explain why they do it. Thought at first if they were rooted or Mezed they would convert to this speed. Yet we zoned into fear and mobs that have been non agro, have bard speed.
It's not all of them, just at random times, random types of npcs.
Or they upgraded to 4core AMD pcs and hacking. Who knows?!
