I meant that rather than having a hasted dual wielding beast straight in your face interrupting your spells, you have a casting mob trying to cast on you (usually a 4-5 second nuke) of which you can quickly mez them in this time.

This is more to do with the case that mobs that can cast, will cast on you at first opportunity. Making them easier to control because you don't get hit during recharming. Also the dmg they do with nukes is usually higher than straight melee. Only downside is they have less hp. But that's not a massive downside [You must be logged in to view images.
