Hell, if someone can sue McDonalds for serving coffee hot... although I think you're pretty safe since there's no due consideration or anything. Although some legalese "You use this service at your own risk blah blah blah" lifted from somewhere else might be prudent. I am not a lawyer however, just had lots of business law courses.
