Well I think Brut's and I cover is blown. I think we were trying to be vague because we may have known what answer we might have gotten. Elven blood is mainly used for troll and de culture armor which is of course not classic. But it is a needed step in skilling up blacksmithing past 115. Otherwise all you have is fp visors that triv at 163. Ores for visors are 20 plat a pop. Thats pretty spendy for many fails that you will no doubt get.
All the other components for culture are in game especially the essence of shadow that drop from shadow men. It's only use is for de culture armor. So I figured if it's in game so should the elven blood.

I'll try to find more info but I think we know our answer. I guess we bottleneck at 115 unless insanely rich. It may have been classic but that doesn't make it right. lol
