Actually in classic, casters needed no line of sight at any point. The target just couldn't be under water

I think how it is is a compromise now. I don't think casting through walls is a good thing to put back in and wasn't probably intended. I leave it up to staff based on my previous infos above.
The point that needs to be fixed is mage bolts not breaking because of collision (line of sight/wall or otherwise).
