He isn't wrong. I sit in ECommons quite often as a druid high enough to have the best buffs for our class. I still only get mabye 5-6 different people sending me tells asking for buffs, ports, or PLs. Occasionally if I buffed one person they send multiple tells and come back to refresh DS and such.
It isn't that bad really.
