i really like this UI, but 1 thing is how do i make the stuff smaller, its just so much to fit on 1 screen and its all so big, and im not sure how to make it all smaller.

Its really meant to be played at 1650x1080 or higher resolution so that there is a lot of real eastate for it all... you can check out some screenshots in the first post
here if you want to see how i have it set up.
What resolution are you playing at?
