In case you haven't heard, the US senate passed a bill which included authorization for the US military to detain anyone accused of being a terrorist without filing charges or holding a trial. There is no limit to how long they can hold someone. They don't have to tell your family. They won't let you call a lawyer.
So, apparently the terrorist won. This is exactly the type of reaction they would want. If pres. Obama doesn't veto this the first people who should be held indefinitely are the men and women who voted for this bill. There is no greater threat to us than a politician that thinks such legislation belongs in the united states.
