I would say that I am better than most when it comes to proper grammar. Encountering grammar errors while reading or listening is highly disconcerting to me, almost to the point where it shatters my concentration. Nonetheless, I have come to understand that people who correct others' grammatical errors all the time come across as annoying fucktards. Therefore, I consciously avoid correcting all but the most heinous and egregious of grammar and spelling errors.
Instead of coming out and saying "you're dumb lolol you pronounce it like maylay," use the word yourself in a sentence, but pronounce it properly. Try to find a way to not be an annoying douche.
