Personally. my gr-gr-gr-grandfather was black. but that's a very small percentage of non-white blood. Most people who know me would probably think i was teasing them if i told them about my grandfather.
I make no claims about my heritage. It is what it is - genealogy and records can show me who I come from but it's up to me to show the world what kind of person I am. Personally i don't identify with one race more than any other. I think we should stop segregating ourselves into different categories and just be people.

I'm adopted, and I have no idea what my heritage is. I also don't care to find out. I have less of a stake in this than anyone else. The only thing I care about is people being crucified for speaking frankly about race and genetics. Being called a racist for stating that skin tone is genetically heritable is probably the most ludicrous thing I've heard in recent memory, but that's precisely what is occurring here.
