I've tried to get Slapen's name changed, after I acquired him in a trade, on blue a few months ago cuz of the bad reputation he had built up in the 2 weeks prior to me getting him, but the GMs declined the change of name.
Amelinda told me that they dont do name changes...so that's why im upset. What makes you so special?

We don't change names on blue at player request.
there are special conditions on the new server.
