Mischief had a pathing exploits or some shit, so yeah, you could get a ton of armor out of it pretty quickly.
No, it doesn't make everything in there a down grade for everyone. A lot of classes can't even get armor from there, nor does it cover weapons and every slot. It should go in and was a great PvP zone.
